COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT TRAINING

We provide training and skills development services nationally, and we are currently listed on the database of Department of Labour. Our service provider identification number on the database is: 1464. Although we operate nationally, all our training activities are run and coordinated from our national head office in Benoni.

OUR EDUCATION & TRAINING PORTFOLIO.

• According to our Scope of Work, we provide “off the- shelf” and customized education and training.
• Training can be conducted on-site (mobile) or at pre-arranged venue depending on the need of our clientele.
• Our training method combine classroom theory and on the job practices. This ensures that we produce well-rounded skilled artisans, trade hands, process workers and general workers.
• Our pacing of development of learners also means that learners can assimilate whatever we train them in their work environments without losing much of knowledge gained during training.
• The accredited training by the relevant authorities ensures that our modules are of highest standard and are tailored to meet and exceed the skills needs of the learners and the companies without being inappropriately simplistic or difficult for the learner.
• Our expertise and experience in the training industry has also enabled us to refine our training material and method to maximize the outcome-based training.
